DO NOT post the same server over and over, just post it once and use the Re-post button to bump it to the top every couple days. Please do not abuse the "Re-submit to Recent list" option. It will only work once every 48 hours. If you have submitted your server to the list during the last two days you will simply get an error message when clicking it.
Also, note that if you spam the server list and people report you, you may be banned from posting servers in the future.
